Experience

I hate it. I am on a waiting list to get the hormonal coil and can’t wait to stop taking Noriday. I tried Cerazette for one month and bled continuously the whole month so GP changed me to Noriday and said to expect bleeding for up to 3 months. I bled for 4 full months on Noriday and then started getting periods. The first one was heavy and the second one was light and they were fairly irregular date wise. My sex drive has been reduced, I am suffering vaginal dryness that I didn’t have before. I suffer from recurrent thrush and have had thrush twice and BV once while on Noriday and following all guidance on how to avoid getting vaginal infections. My genital area was unpleasantly sensitive for months due to the constant bleeding. I would not recommend the progesterone only pill. The only reason I was moved from the normal combined pill was because I started getting migraines (without aura) and vaginal thrush.
