Desogestrel

My periods would last 16 days with only 14day breaks which was the main reason for me to want to stop taking it. This was the first contraception I’ve tried. Started it 15/09 and switched to a combined pill on 30/11. I had some negative experience with thrush and cystitis but not sure whether to blame it on the pill. I’ve also been pretty emotional and complaining a lot but that might be related to relationship issues. I’m using cosmetics(tretinoin, clindamycin, azelaic acid) to treat spots and I had a break from them for a month and I saw some serious negative changes in my skin texture which might’ve been caused by the pill and went back to the cosmetics.
