Experience

Good if you are good at taking a pill daily and you are not able to take a combined method, I have never been able to so POP has been my only daily method. Sex drive sadly noticeably decreased alongside lower mood, however minimal bleeding and reassurance of adequate contraception have kept me on this method for years on and off between trialling LARC methods
