Experience

My experience with Cerazette was half good and half bad. On the good side- it eliminated my periods, gave me MUCH better skin (barely any spots, which I used to struggle with a lot) and did not give me the headaches or achey cramps that I'd had on Rigevdeon. My main qualm with it was that it was leading to a lot of vaginal discharge. Naturally in the first few months I'd have spotting here and there, but even after that subsided completely vaginal discharge was still such an issue that I just didn't feel comfortable with spontaneous sex. Because of this, I also noticed that I was more susceptible to thrush despte being extra careful with hygiene down there and always wearing loose clothing. The last straw, however, was the negative mood changes- I found myself feeling very down, crying at the drop of a hat, and constantly needing emotional support from my partner; which was a very noticeable change for me. I've now switched to the Evra patch, wish me luck!
