Experience

it was all kinds of awfull for the full 5 months. Thankfully the copper iud is out now and i am recovering. The copper iud doesnot contains hormones, but still it affects your hormones immensly. And with that your mood, concentration, metabolism and because of that: everything. when in doubt: research yourself. If you're using the coil and experiencing side effects, have it removed and start to heal. Dont just rely on medical professionals who think it cannot be related, trust your gut, get the kind of help that actually helps and start to feel better.

Experience after taking

Copper detox is serious business: muscle weakness & muscle cramps & extreme fatigue are debilitating. I am four weeks in and i havent been able to work yet. my auto immune hashimotos was under control and stable for the last 10 years, and is now completely off and i have to find a new balance. Thankfully my moods & concentration improved instantly and i am trying to get the right help for my body and mind to recover completely. any advise? heavy metal is best enjoyed outside of your body!
