Experience

I was on Microgynon 30 as a teenager and came off the pill in uni. Went back on Yasmine during my Erasmus in France due to polycystic ovaries. When I returned to the UK they put me on Rigevedon (around October 2018). I stayed on it for a while but during the lockdown I began to really struggle with mood swings and low mood so began to wonder if changing pill might help. Had spots, mainly on my chin. The low mood, of course, could have been a result of external factors, but started Gederel around March this year and mood has improved greatly. Dizziness has also gone away. I also started taking vitamin B12 so this may have resolved the dizziness.

Experience after taking

Mood improved a lot on new pill, dizziness stopped (could be due to starting B12 pills). Skin seems to have improved on new pill, though still seem to break out on the no-pill week for my period.
